General information

In principle, we process your personal data only when permitted by law. We process the data collected when you visit our website only for two reasons: To provide you with a functional website, including our content and services, and to improve our Internet presence and the presentation of our content and services. Provision of the website

Application Form

Purpose:

In the course of application management, we process personal data to carry out the application process.

Type/Scope:

In the course of application management, we process the following data:

  • Contact details
  • Personal data from application documents (CV etc.).

Legal basis:

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR: Initiation of an employment contract.

Retention period:

If no employment contract is concluded, but the application documents may nevertheless be of future interest, the data will be retained for up to 6 months after filling the relevant position, so that the application can be considered for any subsequent positions. After this period, the data will be deleted unless it becomes part of the personnel file due to the beginning of employment or working relationship.
