Ko-mats supplies dragline bulkheads for load distribution and stability of side arms during pipeline construction
Nearly 500 km of pipeline from the Baltic Sea to the Czech Republic
The EUGAL pipeline is to supply south-eastern Europe with natural gas from the end of 2019. It runs from the Baltic Sea via Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Saxony to the Czech Republic and is about 480 km long.
Ko-mats supplied 200 Bongossi dredging mats type 520 (200×950/1000x5000mm) to Arge EUGAL lot 3 + 4. The dredge mats helped with load distribution and provided the necessary stability for the side arms that passed under the Uecker and ICE DB line in the Microtunnel. Arge EUGAL Lot 3 + 4 is a consortium consisting of Johann Bunte Bauunternehmung, Per Aarsleff and A.Hak.
We have already supplied several thousand dragline bulkheads to the various consortium partners involved in the project this year.
